Copyright infringement notice
A written notice should include:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or an authorized representative.
- Identification of the copyrighted work, or a representative list if several works are involved.
- The exact URL and enough detail to locate the material claimed to infringe.
- Your name, postal address, telephone number and email address.
- A good-faith statement that the disputed use is not authorized by the owner, its agent or the law.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act.

How we respond
We may remove or disable access to material after reviewing a valid notice and may notify the affected publisher or account holder. We may request missing information before acting.

Counter-notice
A person whose material was removed because of a mistake or misidentification may submit a counter-notice containing:
- A physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the removed material and its location before removal.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that the removal resulted from mistake or misidentification.
- Name, address, telephone number, email address and consent to the jurisdiction and service-of-process requirements applicable under 17 U.S.C. § 512(g).

Repeat infringement and abuse
Where appropriate, we may suspend or terminate accounts associated with repeated infringement. We may reject notices that are incomplete, abusive or clearly unrelated to copyright.
